If I can give more stars I would. Everyone is friendly & I always leave with beautiful nails. Saira, Noemi & Marta never disappoint.

This place is HORRIBLE I went there for a fill in and they didn’t even know to do the technique, she kept filing my skin instead of my nail, then proceeded to do the French tip which she could not do, then I kept saying over and over it doesn’t look good it is uneven please fix it, but once again every time it just got worse and worse, I even showed the inspo photo and then she looked at it once and never looked at it again. Now, not only are my nails horrendous but they are falling off the second day with me just doing my normal activities.

I live down the block from here. Every once in awhile I come here instead of my usual place for a spa pedicure out of convenience. The past three times I attempted to get serviced I was turned away because "no appointments" meanwhile shop is EMPTY, or had one person being serviced inside (every time 3:30-4pm on weekdays). This place has one foot in the grave, I won't waste my time anymore.

I had an amazing time at Queen's Nail Salon! The atmosphere was so nice and cozy. Since I was a first-time customer, I felt the technicians were a bit reserved at first. But as we started talking and getting to know each other, I realized they were super friendly. The manicure and pedicure I got were seriously the best I've ever had, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming the whole time. My nails look absolutely fabulous now, and I left the salon feeling completely pampered. I wholeheartedly suggest this salon to anyone looking for top-quality nail care. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am not the one to leave negative reviews (check my review history) but I have been coming to this place on and off since the 90s. It has changed management a few times but I have always had a good experience. After my last visit I will NOT come back here. I got acrylic tips and a pedicure for an upcoming vacation. When the nail tech was done my toenails were different lengths, the tips were slanted and the modified French design that I asked for looked like a child did it. In the end I paid extra to have her remove the design and paint my nails a solid color. I could tell that she was really doing her best but the quality of the services offered here just isn't what it used to be...
